ALL VEHICLES ARE LOCATED IN JAPAN UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?

How long is shipping to my region?
Shipping to most region take between 30 - 40 days from departure in Japan. Depending on your region the shipping time may be more or less. Please see the shipping time estimate to your region. 
are customs duties & taxes included in the list price?
No. Customs Duties & Taxes at the buyers home port are paid for separately by the buyer. 
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Monday through Sunday
9:00am - 1:00am (Japan Standard Time)

Due to the great time difference between Japan and most of our clients. We understand that matching our office hours may be a challenge. For this reason we have late hours to accommodate your calls. Also, sending an email would be an effective alternative method of contact. Messaging services such as the popular WHATS APP is also utilized. 
REFUNDS & COMPENSATION
Complete refunds are available for any deposit made BEFORE the purchase of a vehicle.

Transaction fees charged by banking institutions for sending money to or from Japan cannot be refunded. 

We cannot issue a refund AFTER  the purchase of a vehicle. We thank you for your understanding. 
DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH?
Yes, we do! English speakers are available to respond to all calls, mail or messages.
CAn I cancel or change my order after a vehicle which   I requested has been purchased?
What happens if i cannot complete payment for a vehicle which has been purchased?
If you have made a deposit for a vehicle which has been purchased and you are unable to complete payment to finalize and arrange for shipping there are options.
 
1. We can keep your vehicle in storage for up to
    2 WEEKS FREE of charge. After 2 weeks, there
    will be storage charge of USD$50 for each
    additional week in storage. 
                                   OR
2. We can arrange for the re-sale of the vehicle.
    There will be a re-sale charge of $500. We will
    attempt to re-sell the vehicle as quickly as       
    possible but we cannot make any guarantees on
    the time frame.

Are there storage fees for vehicles waiting to be shipped?
 We can keep your vehicle in storage for up to
 2 WEEKS FREE of charge after you receive notification of a successful purchase.

After 2 weeks, there 
will be storage charge of USD$50 for each additional week in storage.
